You have a 30-day change of mind period from the date you receive the item, please return your item with all original packaging and in an unused condition.

We are unable to refund on items that have been personalised with initials unless the item is faulty.

Please email us at sales@keyringdirect.com regarding returning your purchase and use a signed or tracked service, we cannot accept  liability for items lost in transit to us. Once your return has been checked a refund or replacement will be issued usually within 48hrs to the original funding source.
